Shipping & Returns


Shipping for both domestic and international orders is free & insured. We ship to all countries in which a valid address can be located and delivered to. When checking out, please include as much information as possible about your address.

Estimated shipping time for most orders is 1 - 3 weeks due to worldwide delivery. Once your order is processed and shipped out, you will be sent a "Shipment Confirmation" email. Some products can be delivered separately

Adding a phone number, for contact, to an order is optional, yet is advised being that our logistics team will use such contact information to reach out to you if there is a problem with delivering your package.


What items are returnable? As a part of our Money Back Guarantee, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in original packaging. Please note that orders in transit cannot be cancelled and a refund cannot be initiated until the item has been returned and inspected.

What items are non-refundable? Used products.

Are there any charges for return? The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return must be made to Paris where the head office is located.

How do I initiate a return? In order for the return and refund to be possible, it is necessary to contact our customer service before any shipment. If we notice that the parcel has been delivered on our dashboard and the customer says he has not received the product then the refund will not be possible.
